Return Policy Duration:

  • You have 30 days from the date of receiving your item to request a return.

Eligibility for Return:

  • Item must be unworn, unwashed, with original tags/labels, and in original packaging.
  • Receipt or proof of purchase is required.
  • Return shipping cost is the customer’s responsibility.
  • A 20% restocking fee applies.

Return Process:

  • Contact us at hello@kbyeshop.com to initiate a return.
  • If your return is accepted, instructions on how and where to send your package will be provided.
  • Items sent back without prior return request will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues:

  • Inspect your order upon reception.
  • Contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, with a photo of the damage/defect.

Non-Returnable Items:

  • Perishable goods (food, flowers, plants)
  • Custom products (special orders, personalized items)
  • Personal care goods (beauty products)
  • Non-apparel items (digital products, mugs, tumblers, notebooks, calendars)
  • Sale items and gift cards are not eligible for return.

Exchanges:

  • Exchanges are not accepted.
  • Accurate sizing information is provided to ensure correct sizing.
  • Returns/exchanges for change of mind are not accepted.

Refunds:

  • Notification will be sent once the return is received and inspected.
  • If approved, refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 10 business days.
  • Processing time by your bank or credit card company may vary.
